CT Flower & Garden Show 2010 - Thursday, February 18th to Sunday, February 21st Check out this four-day event filled with dazzling displays of flowers, plants, soils, fertilizers, garden tools and a wide variety of other garden related products. See exhibits for hundreds of vendors and catch some of the very informative seminars being held. Tickets are $14 at the door, seniors $12, children (ages 7-14) $2, and under 6 years old are free. CT NOFA's 28th Annual Conference on Sustaining Connecticut: Growing Local, Eating Healthier, Living Smarter - Saturday, March 6th The Connecticut Chapter of the Northeast Organic Farming Association's 2010 conference will feature green activist and entrepreneur Michael Shuman, author of The Small Mart Revolution: How Local Businesses Are Beating the Global Competition.
